Rammellzee, The Equation, has passed & so his work remains as a testament to the depth of our “writers” culture.

We met in the lower east side years before he left this plane of existence, I was introduced to him by Bill (Laswell) during a concert, we said nothing to each other & it was a fleeting moment of time. I know of his greatness & of his dis-ease with lower philosophies/frequencies from the beginning, his debut in WildStyle (the movie/document), his writings on Iconoclastic Panzerizm, as well as his evolved mythology & history of “virus” language as it pertains to the battle of Self vs. System, protection of sacred scribes manifestos & to the evolution of the alpha-beta & language itself.

His lifework cloaked in mysterious cryptic algorithms & self-manifested ethos left many “earthlings” question his intent, as well as their own contributions to a legacy that goes well beyond the humble beginnings of “bombing”, “writing”, & “burning” in the writers tradition the media labelled as “graffiti”. His meeting with William S. Burroughs was a catalyst to bridge the esoteric channellings of 2 brilliant minds that connected with otherworldly sources. Father became Son, Student became Teacher, as so it should be, that these interlocking pieces create a more full cosmogony with which to base metaphysical theory & concepts on. Here is where the letter racers exist, between the harsh reality of war & compassion, the complexity of Soul vs. Symbology, & the transference of cosmic, 4th dimensional (true) power through the lexicon of the written word.
